Terms of use
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Broadcast is a tool for writing and scheduling posts to social networks, published by Antoine Labbe (taraxe.com). Sign-up is free and open to everyone, with no subscription. Only publishing to X uses prepaid credits, bought from the My account page.
Account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what is published from your account.
- You only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
Use
- You comply with each network’s terms (X, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bluesky) for what you publish.
- The service must not be used to publish spam or unlawful content, or to circumvent the networks’ rules.
- The publisher may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Terms of sale for X credits
- The seller is Antoine Labbe (taraxe.com), reachable at contact@taraxe.com.
- X credits are bought in packs from the My account page, at the price shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Card payments are processed by Stripe; an invoice is emailed after each purchase.
- Publishing a post to X uses 1 credit, or 10 credits if the post contains a link. Credits are taken when the post is published and given back if publishing fails. Other networks use no credits.
- Credits do not expire while the account exists. They cannot be exchanged or refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below.
- Right of withdrawal: for 14 days after a purchase, you can ask for a refund of the credits from that pack you have not used, by writing to contact@taraxe.com. The refund goes back to the card used, within 14 days of your request. Credits already used paid for posts published at your request and are not refunded.
- Deleting your account erases any remaining credits: ask for a refund first if you want one.
- In case of a dispute, write to contact@taraxe.com first so we can settle it amicably.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability or successful publication: networks may reject a post, change their APIs or revoke a token. The publisher is not liable for content published by users nor for the consequences of a missed or late publication.
Data
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account and all its data at any time.
